Automated Court Reminders
Either you or the defendant can enter Court Dates. Once entered the application will remind the defendant 7 days, 3 days, Day before and Morning of the Court. Defendant must acknowledge each reminder.
Automated Check-Ins
Your software will send a Check-In Reminder every Monday and Friday. The defendant will have to acknowledge the check-in, take a picture of themselves and the GPS coordinates will be recorded. Later export the check-ins in a PDF version for the Judge.
Alert Zones
Add Inclusion and Exclusion Zones that you want to be notified when a Defendant enters the Geo-Fence.

Defendant Monitoring
The Insta-Bail Monitoring Application is comprised of two sides. The Bail Company side and the Defendant side. The Bail Company has a full Bail Defendant Management Suite , which includes a Defendant Mobile App. The company will add a new defendant, issue a username and password to the defendant and share links to download the defendant app on Android and iOS devices. As soon as the defendant downloads and logs in, the company is monitoring. Simple as one, two, three.
All Devices
The Bail Company App and the Defendant App are both available for Android and iOS. Even though a data plan is not needed, it is recommended to ensure 100% tracking.
